Cancellation Policy
By registering for a TREFF course or event, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to the cancellation policies outlined below.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR TRAUMA EDUCATION COURSES:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus a processing fee of 3.5%, based on the credit or debit card used for the initial registration.
- Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus a 3.5% processing fee on the credit or debit card used for registration.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date will not be eligible for refunds.
- Participants unable to attend their scheduled course may transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost. Requests must be made to the course coordinator at least 14 days or more before the start date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the course fee.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, a course may be canceled or rescheduled by the course coordinator. In such instances, students have the option to request a refund or enroll in a future course, subject to availability.
- Registrations cannot be transferred to later or future courses.
- No-shows will not receive a refund, no exceptions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA TRAUMA SYMPOSIUM:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the Symposium event will receive a refund, less a 3.5% processing fee, on the credit or debit card used to register.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
- Registrants who are unable to attend the conference and would like to transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost may do so by contacting the office at (559) 459-5130 or by emailing traumaprogram@communitymedical.org. Please ensure that this request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.
IMPORTANT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TERMS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- A processing fee of 3.5% will be applied to all refunds issued for credit and debit card transactions.
- Your credit card account will be credited within 15 days of receiving your cancellation or refund request.
- If you paid using a check, money order, electronic check, bank wire, or any other method besides a credit card, you will receive a refund check mailed to the address you provided during registration. Please note that the refund process may take up to 30 days.
